SHIPPING

We ship out of Pittsburgh, PA and Orlando, FL. Our primary domestic shipping carrier is USPS. For international shipments, we typically use UPS, DH or FedEx. You may use your own carrier at request. If you would like to use your own shipping account or arrange freight pick-up that is allowed, please note Post Mortem Horror Bootique may charge a handling fee for that order.

PAYMENT

50% is due at the time of placing an order. All orders must be paid in full before shipping unless NET 30/60 approval has been given. Please email us for NET terms. Credit cards with processing fee ( VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS) are the best form of payment. For returned checks due to insufficient funds, you will be charged $40.

MAP PRICING

We want to encourage growth with our resellers and also keep the integrity of our products. Therefore we enforce a MAP policy. A list of MAP prices is available upon request.

DISCREPANCIES AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We require customers to notify us within five days of receiving an order for any discrepancies and damaged products received. If the wrong product or wrong quantities are received, we will correct at no additional cost. If you received a damaged or defective item, please submit photos with your request, and if the product is available, a replacement will be sent and refunded.

THIRD PARTY DATABASES

At this time we are no longer accepting customers that sell on third party databases, ie; eBay, Amazon, Walmart, etc. You may sell in your store, pop-up shop or website as long as MAP pricing is followed, unless agreed upon.
